Return and Refund Policy

At Sarthi Home Services, we strive to deliver reliable and high-quality home repair solutions. If you're not satisfied with a service, we’re here to make it right.

Eligibility for Refunds   Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Service was not delivered as scheduled
  • Technician did not arrive or complete the assigned task
  • Service quality was below acceptable standards, verified by our team
  • Duplicate payments or billing errors

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Services already completed and approved by the customer
  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before scheduled time
  • Package subscriptions after the first service has been availed

Refund Process   To request a refund, please contact us at support@sarthihomeservices.com or call +91 9219905005 within 48 hours of the service. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 working days.

Mode of Refund   Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
